Quality doesn’t have to come at a price, however. Due to the large extent of our modern, highly automated manufacturing facility in Monroe, as well as the unique nature of our processes, W&W Dairy is one of the lowest cost, high-quality producers of Hispanic cheeses.

Locally Sourced.

Our high quality cheese’s primary ingredient, Grade “A” milk, is sourced from local Wisconsin co-ops.

Traditionally Made.

Unlike other cheese, Hispanic style cheeses do not require aging. W&W's process from milk receiving to finished product shipped to our customers typically takes less than 7 days.

Ready to Serve.

Our midwestern location puts us in the position to distribute across North America—stocking shelves of grocery stores, bodegas and Hispanic restaurants for customers to enjoy.
